About me and my practice
What I can offer you; I provide an affordable service offering a range of therapeutic options to suit you as an individual or couple.
By offering a safe, confidential, professional and non judgmental environment, I believe we can find a way forward for you.
Although I mainly work from a person centered approach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I have training in several other approaches and therefore adapt the way that I work to meet what ever your needs may be as I believe there is no one therapy fits all approach, So I offer a free consultation with this in mind.
Experience
I have been in Private Practice since 2011, where I see individual clients, couples and facilitate groups.
Although the Pandemic made meeting remotely more normal, I was already working some of my time online, so I'm used to working with different platforms and with different modalities.
For about 9 years of my career, I also worked directly in the field of addictions, but with addictions comes everything! so I am used to working with a variety problems and more complex mental health needs such as personality disorders, OCD, eating disorders and much more.
